How to Get Logs from the August Application

iOS Logs

1. Navigate to the 3 lines in the top left hand corner of the August app home screen. (We call this the "hamburger" menu)
2. Push & hold on the App Version number
3. Enter password augustsupport
4. click send/email logs
   • You could send the logs to yourself or directly to devsupport@august.com

Android Logs

1. Open the navigation menu (3 lines in the upper left of keychain)
2. Select "Send Feedback" (right below "Settings").
3. At the bottom left there is a "Email Logs" button, which should start composing the email with the logs attached and extra information for us.
